      Awful pay, abusive management, excessive favoritism, scheduling issues, no benefits or time off, not inclusive work environment, poor communication skills from both upper management and store managers, unclear and unrealistic expectations, little to no training, and hardly any educational material. Business owners are extremely rude and market their business poorly.

      Amazing upper management! Owner cares so much about his employees and the upper management cares so much about personal development that they help you with being better within yourself to strive more in the cannabis industry! I learned so much about basic business fundamentals in sales, also I would get surprised with lunch or gift card bonus for doing a good job !!!! 100/10 recommend

      Not many cons to list , this is an amazing atmosphere and they do anything to help you grow and be a better version of yourself
