Pros
I loved being on the cutting edge of a new industry, mainly CBD. I had a great deal of independence to do what I wanted to do with the site and other marketing.
Cons
One big negative is that my boss would get into Divi, make changes (horrible ones) and not tell me that he had done that. I'd then stumble on the changes and have to spend hours trying to fix what he had done incorrectly. BUT WHAT'S A GIRL TO SAY TO THAT????
