Pros
I love working with my co-workers. I feel supported and psychologically safe to express my concerns. Strong administrative support, continuing education, and meaningful work to help clients (LTD, WSIB, Auto, Private). Working here over the past 9 years. Great benefits too (100% dental, 100% massage, drug coverage, etc.)
Cons
Reports can be long, no pension, and compensation not as competitive.
