Management at a regional level is terrible. They do not care about their staff or their well-being. They want to help LTD companies so bad at the expense of their staff. You are expected to work basically 24/7 and are punished if you are off on your weekend and can't answer work questions right away. You hear "contractual obligations" way more than you hear about management caring how their staff is doing.
