- The people I worked with were awesome - A good working environment in general - Lots of interaction with people - Great benefits package
Cons
- Very low salaries - Employees laid off or hours cut if the clinic isn't making enough money (unstable) - Upper management is money hungry which can feel unethical, especially in a healthcare environment
