- Managers are either not qualified or trained to manage teams.
- Snarky comments and shouting at team is a constant phenomena and you can experience that in any random internal meetings.
- No documentation or proper training but you can't ask question about functioning of product else you will be disrespected in meeting where no-one would help you.
- Engineering team is offshore and can't speak English
-project manager is not given any control of resources but they need to be answerable if releases are delayed or not of good quality.
- HR will never ever reply to your questions related to policy or benefits. Sending an email to HR is like sending it to a black hole. Nothing ever come back. Which company has HR who can't even send simple reply to employee?
