Pros
This is a unique place where you can work on everything from heavy-duty science to straight engineering. You work with recognized industry leaders from some very impressive companies. The diversity of the work is probably better than almost anywhere else. Lots of freedom to define your role.
Cons
CCAM has been figuring out the best way to work through trial and error. There isn't a 1:1 company for a benchmark, so CCAM naturally makes mistakes in its approach. This isn't a place to work if you expect everything to run like a well-oiled machine from day one. However, the improvement in operation has been impressive because there is no hesitation to change what doesn't work.
