Pros
The Business Development department of the bank provides me with a lot of autonomy to do my best work. I feel empowered as an employee to get things done and propose new ideas. The bank provides competitive compensation including bonuses, excellent PTO, and a very good benefits package. My supervisors provide great feedback and a good pathway for my career development. My coworkers are great to work with, the office space is nice to work in. Really, I can't say enough good things about CCBank.
Cons
This is hard, because I really enjoy working here. There are some minor things, but none that I could write here without it feeling unfair. If you're opposed to high-cost loan products for people without access to traditional credit, you may not like it here, but that's honestly it.
