Pros
M-F job for the most part, benefits where OK but always getting more expensive, Amount of vacation time was decent but impossible to get specific days off you want.
Cons
Mandatory health screenings every year which seems nice but if your health score is worse than the previous year or you decline testing you pay more for health insurance! Micro management at its finest, every second of your day is accounted for and scored. Call center metrics are not comparable to other call center jobs, the metrics are almost unobtainable. Stats setup in such a way to limit pay increases and bonus. Pay is not equal to the stress load. The management that criticizes your work does not know how to do it, uneducated is what i would call them at best. Management is also disproportionate to the number of employees (approximately 1 manager & 1 team lead to every 5-6 employees) which gives them plenty of time in their day to micromanage. Turn and burn mentality and CCC (Sioux Falls) can barely keep warm bodies to fill chairs. They threaten termination to employees regularly to enhance production which creates a stressful environment for coworkers. I worked at CCC for 4 years and can tell you that it is a down hill ride and not something you want to call a career. Oh yeah and one more thing, if you smoke cigarettes plan to add about $50 per pay period to your health insurance rate, CCC even does a blood test for nicotine.
