      Pros

      I get to take the truck home because I'm regional and live more than 50 miles from the terminal. That's about it.

      Cons

      They don't really have steady work. The pay sucks. I have sat for hours waiting for dispatch to send my next load. Dispatch doesn't seem to care about the drivers at all.

      Pros

      They have accounts that let you come home everyday and your routes are not crazy. Pay was awesome. Dispatch is super nice and will work with you. It's all about what you make of it and how you handle yourself. Some of the other drivers get pissed and leave with a bad taste because they don't work things out, sometimes is even the driver's mistake. They'll work with you if you are cool about it!
