The people are great. Everyone is personal and is there to help you if you need it. There are no personality or ego clashes, people just tend to work together to get the job done. The connections you make at CCEDC is tremendous. Since, the CCEDC is the hub of economic and business activity in all of Chester County, everyone in the county and outside (including big, Philly-based firms) meet at the CCEDC HQ. I got to see how diverse the business world is and got to meet a lot of big CEOs.

The work really isn't challenging. I was working on my BA in Economics at the time of employment and I can't say I was challenged at all. I came to work, did what needed to be done and called it a day. I say this is a con, because I enjoy working with data sets and quantitative analysis, and there isn't any to be had here.
