Pros
Dynamic workplace, lots os oportunities and no problem with budget due to its business nature. Nice place to understand the brazilian eletric market and get in touch with great technicians and big companies. Nice benefits.
Cons
Internal process are slow and very political. Humand Resources is not efficient on monitoring the areas regarding people management. It should be more focused in the client.
