Pros
It has a great family atmosphere. A small group of employees so everyone knows each other. Easy to take time off in emergencies. Well trained staff so job is easy and gets done well.
Cons
Benefits are really expensive. No paid time off. Better for part time. Sometimes there is a lack of orginization, nothing too major.
