Pay is not competitive, need more benefits.

One of the most frustrating things working here was the frequent talking behind your back, throwing you under the bus, the sky high ego of management, favoritism (if you were a favorite of management, you could get away with quite literally anything), lack of innovative products or skills to be gained, well under market compensation, and lack of professionalism. Now if you're a brown noser or well liked, your only complaint might be market compensation but there are much more cons than pros. If you're not well liked, this is essentially a dead end job, whether you're an engineer, a warehouse associate, a production technician, it doesn't matter.
