Continuously evolving and looking for best practices to stay ahead of ever changing technologies. Always open door to hear ideas and not once have I heard, “this is the way we have always done it” so this is how we need to do it.

Limited office space currently which limits all staff meetings and lunch n learns- which will be changing soon so we can have more of these team building activities.

Small, Family feel. Some of management makes you and your family time important. Flexible with medical needs, family needs.

Antiquated technology makes it difficult to implement and support. New ideas are ignored. Remains in status quo. Limited opportunities for growth because its based on seniority over talent/capable staff. Benefits package very limited and expensive. Key accountability is severely misplaced/ non existent.
