Pros
Great coworkers, middle management is also supportive and great to work with. The health insurance is very expensive (about $800/mo for an HMO married couple) but it does provide good coverage. This infertility doctor's office does not offer any infertility benefits for their employees. The individual teams within your department are what keep people here.
Cons
Unfortunately great coworkers only get you so far. Eleven employees (who had worked here for 5+years) have left in the 1.5yrs I have been a part of CCRM. Anyone above your direct supervisor is usually involved heavily in the corporate structure. Hourly employees only earn PTO as we work but not during time off. Therefore if you are USING your PTO you are only able to EARN about half of the PTO you're promised. I don't know for a fact but I do think that compared to other companies the pay rates are low. Mothers are not supported; minimal parental leave (2wks) is given outside of short term disability. Upon return to work they must clock out to pump during the day. An infertility office that doesn't offer infertility coverage (unless state mandated) speaks for itself.
