-Exciting, interesting & impactful work -Acquisition last year has strengthened benefit offerings -Casual work environment -Supportive leaders -Amazing Colleagues -Flexible schedules
Cons
-Company is growing (which is awesome!) but that can involve a learning curve when it comes to organizational planning. New building next year will alleviate a lot of these issues.
