Management was very personable. The working environment was laid back. The culture of the company (other team members and peers) was that of a helpful nature. Team player culture.

There was not much room for advancement or growth. The directives or expectations of management were unclear.

Pros

As an Account Executive in the field, I’m genuinely proud to work for CCS Medical. What stands out most is that we truly care about patients — not just delivering supplies, but ensuring they receive the education and support they need to feel confident managing their care. That makes a difference in the conversations I have every day. From the external field sales perspective, I feel supported and aligned with a company that leads with mission, purpose, and compassion.

Cons

The only “con” — and it’s more of a reality of the industry — is that healthcare, insurance changes, DME regulations, and inventory dynamics can make the environment fast-paced. You have to be adaptable and ready to move quickly. But that comes with the territory, not the company.
