Pros

Everyone is lovely and fun to work with People collaborate on new business and existing projects, helping one another. Ideas are welcomed and more importantly listen too. There are ongoing opportunities for personal and professional training and development. The first truly ethical telecom supplier I have worked for and its refreshing!

Cons

Cross-functional job roles can increase workload (and stress at times). The workload can follow you outside of the office at times, meaning you are expected to respond to customers or vendors, but this is purely responsibility/project driven.

Pros

CCS has been around for over 30 years so you have the security of a longstanding business but with the excitement of a startup as the business continues to grow, expand and develop. The people are a great bunch to work with and always happy to help each other out and work together. Great place to work for someone who is wanting to make there mark or progress as you are given the space to develop your own leads.

Cons

Very competitive market so you need to be able to handle rejection and be on the ball. Can be long days when getting a lot of No's (but this is the same in any sales role. For none drivers location could be a problem but this is a area management are looking at.
