Pros

Great people at the middle management level and below

Cons

Top management is unstable. High turnover, lots of change. Had to continually keep teaching them so they could help improve the company, but then they would leave and we would be without upper management for months, and then have to start all over again with the next upper management they hired. They kept hiring upper management replacements of the same demographic.

Pros

VP & Pres. level positions could lead to large income with stock options. You pay for it by having no regard for those under you, since the goal of VP & Pres level is to satisfy the shareholders. No one else matters. If you perform and make the numbers, corporate may grace you with another position at one of their other 50 companies.

Cons

Zero value of employees. Unless a VP/Pres., you do not have a voice. Fifteen (15) people left within a 15 months period. About half being high level, including VPs and the Pres. himself, who left voluntarily! Greed. This company values ONLY profit. The employees see NONE of the benefits to high double-digit profits. The investors and shareholders see it all, and VPs and Pres. see a portion of it reflected in bonuses and stocks. Highest price at all costs. There is NO innovation. Capitalizing on near ancient technology, there is zero innovation, no new ideas, no new concepts.
