They also offer a Leadership Training Academy to help promote growth from within. The company regularly caters lunches, hosts potlucks, and organizes off-site events for employees and their families, which helps create a strong sense of community.

Horrible management, bad PTO, Barely any sick time. You will be micromanaged every day. They say they have core values but do not practice what is preached.
