Company is quickly growing which opens lots of opportunities for new employees

Work/life balance can be tough sometimes if you travel a lot in your position.

All the employees are wonderful and hard working

Management cares more for their own pockets than employees. Even though they say they want it to be a great place to work it is not. Benefits are average. Pay is not great unless you are a stockholder. Too many that micromanage and take advantage of the hard workers.
