The company wide events are fun! its ok to drinking alcohol on your breaks & lunches as long as its with staff. you have so much free time sometimes employees get to take Uber Customers during their shift because you're never missed and no one cares as long as your work is done.

Management has little to no employee engagement. Management favorite employees are treated differently than everyone else.
