Pros
My coworkers in the Corporate group were incredible. They were the reason why the decision to leave was so difficult.
Cons
Leadership is not in tune with employees. Actually had CEO walk right past me multiple times without saying good morning or acknowledging my presence. No concern for employees well-being. Benefits are extremely limited and very expensive. Bonuses/Increases weren't granted for 2 years now.
