      CDIS is joined venture between Cybercom (Swedish Company ) & Datamatics (Indian MNC) so its mixed culture. Supporting Team Helpful Hr & Managers Work life balance Nice chance to work with International clients short term onsite opportunity Twice a month games arranged by HR / Culture team Team outings No micro monitoring

      Cons

      Salary is little less for freshers as compared to market standards. NP is 3 months but now almost all companies have 3 months notice period.
