      I just find it hard to think of any.

      Cons

      They do not care about their employees, they throw you to the wolves and expect to find your way around. They offer no professional support whatsoever.

      The small, close knit nature of such a small company can be a plus, Management is willing to listen and advocate for you as an employee and a person.

      Likewise with any small company, you do have some limitations. Nothing out of the ordinary
