      The small, close knit nature of such a small company can be a plus, Management is willing to listen and advocate for you as an employee and a person.

      Likewise with any small company, you do have some limitations. Nothing out of the ordinary

      The people at CDIT are incredibly helpful and and supportive. They give you the tools and the resources to be successful and appreciate that their people are their greatest asset.

      Cons

      Some of their policies are a bit antiquated.
