Pros
60 Years and here we are... One great company with great employees! I have been employed by CDL since March 2022, and I can honestly say that coming here was one of my best decisions! Larry, the CEO/Owner, is like a grandfather to me (he knows my family really well) and treats me as if I was his own grandson. He and everyone else at CDL make me feel loved, valued, appreciated, and so much more! We are truly one big "work family" that works hard, but also has fun in the process! I'm excited and eager to see what this next year brings because I know only great things are to come for this company!
Cons
Some coworkers aren't teamplayers and bring bad attitudes to the workplace, which is sad because there is no reason for it! Our office/workplace is safe, comfortable, motivating, and caring, which is all because of the people in it!
