Awesome company that offers a lot of flexibility, great pay, and really understands their people. They really take care of their employees and work with them to find a good balance between work and personal time.
Cons
Communication isn't their strongest area. It needs some work, but it's not so bad, and they've put plans in place to provide more transparency.
You'll find things to dislike with any company, based on your personal preferences, but the pros far out any cons as far as I can tell.
