Pros
English is the main language, work atmosphere is not stressful, people and management are genuinely very nice, a lunch buffet with vegetarian options that costs only 350 DKK a month, very little or no overtime.
Cons
Located far from Copenhagen city center (around 20km), connected by two S-train lines, it takes around 40-50 mins to commute from Copenhagen Central station. Management is exclusively Danish speaking, Danes or married to Danes, which leaves little hopes for foreigners to advance within the company, which makes them leave after two years on an average.
