Pros

Very little work to do

Cons

Reduced my prior quarter bonus when I resigned. No product market fit. Not a place for high energy, high success people. Very very very cheap

Pros

I genuinely enjoy working at CData. It is a fast-paced company and there is always a lot going on, but what makes it stand out is the support and camaraderie across the team. People are willing to jump in, help each other, and work together, which makes the pace feel manageable and rewarding. One thing I really appreciate is how hands-on and accessible leadership is. The C-suite is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, get involved, and support the team directly. That is not something you see everywhere, and it makes employees feel seen, valued, and empowered. I also appreciate the remote-first environment and the work-life balance. There is trust in employees to own their work, manage their time, and still have flexibility. The company cares about recognizing and rewarding people, and I do feel like employees are given opportunities to contribute in meaningful ways

Cons

Because the company is growing and moving quickly, priorities can shift and the pace can be high at times. It is probably best suited for people who are comfortable with change, ownership, and a little ambiguity.

Pros

Remote, decent benefits. Good coworkers for the most part. Product is valuable, but is limited in use.

Cons

I thought I was going to be an anomaly, but I'm joining the train of other bad reviews I see here for good reason, this company doesn't actually grow in any tangible way, it just shuffles people in and out to maintain the illusion of growth. Top heavy for no reason. Countless VPs, SVPs etc.. with little to no idea how to manage the tech, customers, or product. Leadership changes every 3 months so no one really cares about any initiatives, and today they bring in yet another one who will predictably bite the dust in a quarter or two.
