Supportive learning environment, minus any micromanagement. They help new therapists develop their own style, while assisting them to grow and find their niche. 4 day workweek is truly appreciated. Healthy work/life balance. Staff and management are kind, positive, and fun to work with. They are quick to celebrate accomplishments, are inclusive of all, including interns. Hali Nurberg, Shawn Williamson, and supervisory staff are incredible, and posses a growth mindset. They are passionate about providing services for all, including those who struggle to afford it. Colleen is our front desk magician-we would be lost without her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Cons
Lack of health insurance is a bit of a drawback, but they do pay for a membership at Appleton Clinic. Only complaint is no major medical.
