Pros
Not many at all, the pay was decent but that’s it.
Cons
Where do I even begin. This company doesn’t have a great reputation for a reason. They brought me in to help them in one of their practice areas where they have had very little success. I thought it would be a good opportunity to build something from the ground up. What I quickly learned is that they’re one of the worst sales organizations I’ve ever been a part of. There is absolutely no structure or guidance. There is no territories for sales reps and accounts are given out depending on who can break into them. It creates a very toxic environment with little success. Leadership seems to be ruthless and only care about your connections or Rolodex. What they don’t realize is that isn’t sustainable and could care less about your sales skills or feedback on how they could be better. I came from a very large company that was a well oiled machine, this was completely opposite. Once I explained how they could be better and truly grow this practice they decided to let me go. In my opinion they’re a staffing company trying to be something they’re not, selling IT services around the cloud. If you’re experienced sales professional who demands a 6 figure base salary then run away fast. They honestly could be struggling financially but who knows.
