Good Health Benefits, open communication from upper management (Regional President), good pandemic management (They showed a real concern over the health of its workers, no matter where they were working Plants, HQ, Distribution Centers)

Low Pay, everyone I have talked to, feel they are underpaid. No career path, no goal oriented (at least the department I work for)
