Interesting hands on work, a lot of company trips at the beginning.
Cons
As an engineer you will get paid for 40hr weeks but be expected to work 55-72 hour weeks. Often will have to work non stop for 25-40 days with 1 day off every 13 days. Zero work life balance, very negative atmosphere.
