Pros

Covered parking, scenic lake view from the cafeteria/table tennis space, occasional free breakfast and lunch.

Cons

Work setting feels like a Ponzi scheme setting. The directionless CEO and the clueless VP’s are like Gru and the Minions in that they always have a new scheme to make money from existing clients. As a result of mismanagement and terrible products, the Certify team struggles to attract new clients, and struggles even more to attract and maintain quality staff, evidenced by the high turnover.

Thanks for taking the time to write this review; however, this is a “falsely advertised” review. You were a summer intern that was only here for a few weeks and did not work for CERTIFY. To correct the record, please note the following: -Free breakfast and lunch and provided more then occasionally, as well, our kitchen and refrigeration area are always stocked with food. -I do not believe you know the definition of Ponzi scheme, for we are not a finance company. At Certify, we provide cutting edge healthcare technology to Hospital Systems. Something, you did not work on. -We have been providing our technology to our customers for over a decade and have extremely satisfied, tenured, customers. -Our seasoned sales staff does an amazing job on boarding new clients on a weekly basis. -Our team member turnover is some of the lowest in the industry and is in the low single digits. Amazon averages over 20% with AWS being over 50%. -Finally, we are extremely proud of our India office and have had a CERTIFY presence in India for over 5 years. Our India team is an integral part of our team and we operate as one unit. Sincerely, Marc Potash, CEO, CERTIFY

Pros

Lunch provided every other week. Snacks are usually available.

Cons

Management lacks stability and direction, resulting in frequent layoffs and firings that contribute to extremely high turnover. Opportunities for career growth are minimal. The CEO often makes erratic decisions and has involved staff in his personal side projects (family business) unrelated to the company’s mission. This, combined with poor leadership, can create a toxic and demoralizing work environment. Although an HR department is now in place, it primarily serves the interests of the CEO rather than acting as an advocate for employees.
