Pros

Flexible hours, remote working, early salary, salary on time

Cons

No HR, no employee assistance, no management, role different from contract signed, no training or training irrelevant to role, management makes fun on employees, firing employees for no reason, having no work despite the schedule, calls are not always available. If you have an issue that's bothering you you cannot speak with management as they would rather fire you.

Pros

working remotely / easy work / need only computer and wifi

Cons

Managers change many times. Even if you are assigned a shift of 4 hours a day, you only work about 1 hour a day due to low workload and have to stand by for the remaining 3 hours, but you are not paid for those 3 hours. Also, the way the salary is calculated changes without prior notice, and when I informed the manager on the day of my pay transfer that it was less than I calculated, he informed me that the way the salary was calculated had changed. The company is not viable, but we cannot take any supplementary measures as the company itself is run in an illegal way.
