HR is an absolute disaster. Systems don't work, teams and leaders are unresponsive and disrespectful. Org can't determine a direct to save their life. 4+ years and 4 bosses later. Respect for associates, especially Americans is non-existent. They pay below industry standard, but can't stop their M&A.
