Good base wage, easy job, easy going environment
Cons
Expect to be fired if you raise any concerns, sexual harassment is rampant, Alcohol and Drug use is ignored, even when heavy machinery is involved. Staff are treated like they're expendable and thrown out the door every 6 months so that full time employment isnt given to them.
