Worst job ever - Operations Analyst CEVA Logistics Employee Review

Zero training. You're told what to do after you or the team have made a mistake. Bullying work environment along with lots of good old fashioned, blatant favoritism, especially if you're in the same "class" as your manager. Literally 1 token person of color in the entire department. Managers are absent & could care less about employees. Zero breaks & you're expected to work through lunch only to be asked at the last minute to do overnight.
