Pros
CEVA has tremendous capability and a vast array of services that reach across the globe. This translates to lots of opportunities for growth and interesting career paths, especially for younger people. Benefits are solid, PTO is generous for salaried people. Many of the management team members I have met at CEVA are extremely smart and hard working.
Cons
CEVA has been owned by private equity too long. Investments in IT, training, and equipment have been squeezed too many years in a row. Achievement is largely due to herculean individual efforts. The bag of tricks (recapitalization, paying vendors slowly, no raises) is tapped out. It's tough to believe it will ever get better until the company is sold and new ownership can invest
