Lots of opportunities for growth and great vacation incentives. They gave me opportunities that I wasn't qualified for, but knew I was capable of doing, which I excelled in.

You work a lot and you feel like you are unappreciated because it seems as if you are just a number, but if you impress the right people, they will take you up with them
