Best career move I ever made. Working for a big but not too big of a company was my goal. A company where your voice was heard to the top and had opportunities within. This is that company. We all effect policy, procedure and the success of the company .. We work together for the good of each other and our clients. If there is a better way, the owners listen and take action. The company promotes from within and looks for the best way to utilize the staff's skills. They are very family friendly and flexible.
