High insurance premium, for the lowest deductible options, easily in the range of $1500 per month for medical+dental+vision for family and the highest deductible option easily in the range of $1000 per month. And that is after you fulfill all the Wellness activities that earns you points to get the best premium. And if your spouse is working and have employer insurance, your spouse must take that employer's plan and not decline it and just join your plan. PTO is 13 days plus 5 sick leave days per year and once in a while you may receive a day close to a holiday which you cannot choose like Thanksgiving Friday and you have to see it as a perk. There are not many lunch options nearby the office as it is a newly constructed area, but they have a spacious cafeteria for people who bring their own lunch. People gossip a lot so expect something you mention in a personal conversation to be public knowledge. Fully in-person 5 days a week in the first 90 days.
