Pros
Good choice of events/venues to work at, which keeps it interesting.
There are always shifts available every day at a very good pay rate in comparison to other hospitality agencies.
The venues are all over London so there is often something local to most members of staff.
Flexible hours and differing hours each week to fit in with university schedule.
Other staff working for CG are usually hardworking and lovely to work with, with positive attitudes.
The shifts are fun and there is a great variety in the style of work including bar work, hostessing, cocktail waitress and promotional work.
Hard work is noted by client and feedback is given to the management at CG, and with a new Bronze, Silver, Gold employee system staff should feel more appreciated.
Cons
Communication with management can sometimes be unprofessional especially in response to employees queries or current situations .
Pay is a long time after a job is completed, not ideal for those looking for money quickly.
No opportunity to cancel/change shifts (without a fine).
