While we appreciate the note that the "salary is good" (we ensure our compensation package is competitive), we are more than just an institution that pays our employees to come in to do a job,to go through a list of tasks. We aim to foster an environment where employees feel challenged, are learning and are stretched beyond their current capabilities. In the past year, we have nearly doubled in size – a point of reference we are proud of – and we are still growing. We have consistently been named as one of “Best Places to Work.” These awards are not handed out lightly but through a rigorous application process and employee voting. Without internal processes, solid management or work culture, we wouldn’t be able to attract good people (i.e. our talent) that has led to our growth. This past year, we added “Talent Development” as a department to formalize learning and leadership training for our employees. Cyber Group is a growing company that is scaling to meet the demands of a larger work force. Our leadership is excited to see how far we’ve come and even more excited and eager about our future growth and opportunities.
