There are sometimes communication problems between different parts of the business, which can lead to unnecessary pressure and inconvenience. Project target dates / deadlines are not always realistic, and the business often takes on a lot of challenges at once, causing resource to be spread slightly too thin. The company has grown quite rapidly and is still working out how to function effectively at a larger size, e.g. for HR processes and project management approaches, but there is forward progress and a commitment to improve in these areas.
