Project management team is great, and never miss a beat, making life as a creative much easier when you have all of the tools/information needed at the outset of a project. Account managers do an awesome job of client relations and securing new business.

Workflow could be streamlined with project management software. What CGI has works well, but there could be gained efficiencies.
