      Pros

      Colleagues are very helpful. The projects they work on are really interesting. The CEO and the top execs are people you would admire and take inspiration from. They are very serious about achieving set goals, which is a good thing. You'll love this place if you are a workaholic.

      Cons

      Chit chatting and using phones are not allowed during office hours. The technology stack they use currently will be outdated pretty soon.

      Pros

      CGS is secure & enjoyable place. All staff members get time flexibility over here. CGS provides training for work. i feel like it is my second home. Doing work in integrity works over here. There is a culture of respect and sensitivity towards everyone. Every staff members time and concerns are deeply

      Cons

      Mobile phones, unnecessary chatting and social media access not allowed during work hours. Interfering in other people’s work, unproductive gossiping not allowed.
