Pros
Uses new technology, encourages employees to keep learning, interesting industry, open working environment (doesn't lock down websites, can download software you need, etc.), good benefits, good location, great people.
Cons
Poor vacation policy (only two weeks), business casual dress code for seemingly no reason, no 401(k) matching, four million lines of code still in VB6 but working to convert it, pay isn't great, slow new employee process (takes a while to get work to do).
